St Giles

St Giles is a privately owned property insurance broker, who specialise in the placement of building insurance on behalf of managing agents and owners. Operating since 1971 St Giles are a “one-stop-shop” for property clients, delivering a tailor-made service and building long standing relationships with their clients.

They approached RZed to design and build a new website to tell the St Giles story to help reinforce their values, combined with refreshing their logo and defining their brand identity through the creation of supporting marketing materials.

Brand Identity

To establish and define the St Giles brand story, we conducted a series of interviews with key personnel to help discover what makes them different, why clients choose them and what makes them most proud. From this, the script was written, and their brand story came to life through a short video we produced, along with the website and marketing materials copy being created.

As part of this exercise their logo was also reviewed and modernised and a refreshed identity was developed through exploration of colour, fonts, styles and iconography.

We designed and built a new website for St Giles that was modern, stylish and professional to appeal to a board spectrum from small estate agents to leading property companies.

The new site launched the refreshed St Giles brand identity and story. Features include a dynamic and slick way to ‘Meet the Team’ with filtering functionality and contact cards honing in on the St Giles diamond brand shape.

A ‘Documents’ centre split/ searchable by category so clients can easily find the claims and policy documents that they need. A ‘News & Analysis’ section with market updates and non-bias industry information available to read and download. Along with ‘Services’ information and a ‘Contact Us’ section with interactive maps for each office location.

Digital and Printed Materials

Following approval of the St Giles refreshed logo and brand identity, we also created a suite of marketing materials.

This included stationery items, an email signature tailored for each office, plus we built branded report templates in Microsoft Word with all the new styles and colours embedded to ensure that all communication created by the St Giles team internally followed their new style.

Ongoing we now develop and design St Giles marketing materials to highlight their expertise. We create fact sheets and information sheets that also appear in their ‘News & Analysis’ section on their website, to provide their clients with insight and industry knowledge.
