Paritas Recruitment

Paritas Recruitment is a specialist recruitment agency, which has established itself in the Financial Services, Technology, Energy, HealthTech & RegTech marketplace, offering their clients and candidates a more personalised and tailored service.

As of 2024, the company has been operating for 13 years. Throughout this period, they expanded and evolved, branching out into new and lucrative markets.

RZed was approached to refresh their brand to feel more current and modern but once the project took off and really got going, it became apparent that Paritas Recruitment needed more than this to move forward into a more mature positioning away from its current “start-up” feel and really stand out in their marketplace. Therefore it was decided that a complete rebrand project was to be undertaken.

Brand Identity

The project was split into three phases. The first phase ‘Audit and Exploration’ kick started with a brand workshop involving key Paritas Recruitment decision makers, where a number of different exercises was carried out designed to help define who Paritas Recruitment are, what does Paritas Recruitment do and why does Paritas Recruitment matter.

A competitor analysis and audit of current materials also took place to help establish their current brand position in the marketplace. This first phrase helped pave the way to get into the Paritas Recruitment mindset and helped defined the creative brief for the project.

Following a number of conceptual rounds of executions and presentations a new logo was established and approved. The new logo is timeless and classic in design, supported by a more sophisticated and grown-up colour palette and typeface that takes Paritas Recruitment to that next level on its more mature journey but still feels approachable and down to earth, just like them.

A Brand Mark was also created to support the logo. Made up of three P’s which symbolise the client, Paritas Recruitment, and the candidate. This Brand Mark emphasises that Paritas Recruitment will provide support on both sides, bringing the right client and candidate together.

Digital Marketing Materials

Moving into phase two ‘Execution and Delivery of Core Assets’ the focus here was to provide Paritas Recruitment with a complete toolkit of everything they needed to launch their new brand identity.

LinkedIn is a huge part of their business to help generate leads. We executed designs for different social media posts and provided a suite of pre-built templates for the in-house Marketing team to work with, with all pre-set brand elements in place e.g. fonts, colours, logo, Brand Mark positioning etc. to ensure they had everything needed to produce social media content that is on brand and consistent with the new style.

We also executed a range of other marketing materials to include fact sheets, brochure covers and stationery items.

Finally, we provided a complete suite of logos in all formats and all colours for both print and digital use.

Brand Guidelines

The final phrase three ‘Creation of a Guidelines Document’ was vital to ensure that all the hard work that went into the project didn’t go to waste and that all parties whether internal or external would have a ‘got to’ manual to refer to when producing Paritas Recruitment content.

The guidelines provide information on logo usage, colour, typography and include execution examples too. Essentially a document that will ensure the new brand identity is futureproof to help achieve a consistent and correct visual representation that will reinforce the Paritas Recruitment brand values and convey professionalism.

“We have used RZed before and were very happy with the results and their way of working so it was only natural we turned to them again when we wanted to refresh our branding.

Natalie and Craig really understood how we have grown and developed over the last 10 years. They took on board the messages and the impact we wanted to convey to our clients with the new branding and worked with us to provide a strong selection of options for us to choose from. The process was smooth, they were very responsive. Their suggestions were extremely valid and relevant, backed up by insight gained from years of experience in branding and in the end, it was a matter of choosing between good and very good.

We would happily recommend them to others looking for new branding.”
